Patch Version 1.2.12: Add patch for JRE cache and other extension for JMS tools

This jms multisite for joomla patch definition:

  • add a patch definition for JRECache.
  • add JMS Tools (install) definitions for :
    JRECache, DTRegister, JConnect, JIncludes, several modules and plugins for fabrik, SuperFishMenu, ALinkExchanger
